MAKING TRAINING STICK
This project was built in Storyline360 as part of a broader initiative to improve employee onboarding and compliance training. My focus was on designing a learning experience that was not only informative, but genuinely engaging — clear, interactive, and respectful of learners' time and ability levels.
The course centered around pest identification — a core part of Terminix technician training. It was designed for team members who need to apply the material directly in the field. That meant clear visuals, bite-sized information, and real examples they’d encounter on the job.
INTERACTIONS THAT WORK FOR EVERYONE
Accessibility wasn’t an afterthought — it was a requirement. All interactions in the course were ADA-compliant, keyboard-navigable, and screen-reader friendly. I worked closely with internal SMEs and QA teams to ensure the final product met WCAG 2.1 standards without sacrificing usability or design.
DESIGN UNDER WRAPS
